ReplyDeleteMesquite is regulating and permitting the types of signs: banners, moveables, etc. that can be used by businesses to promote their goods and services.
I see this as one place where if the government is spending its time this way, this is one place where we need to cut back on government -- allow us to lower taxes on the businesses and residents instead of collect more fees from the businesses and require more funds in taxes from broke residents so they can't spend them at the businesses. Get out of business' business!
