Arlington District 3 City Council Race is Heating Up!

Jon-David spoke with Candidate Marvin Sutton on Tuesday about his vision for District 3. Tonight Jon-David talks to Zack Maxwell. He's young and inspired and sometimes that means no-experience, but with all the talk about serious changes; shouldn't Arlington consider all it's options? Like Zack says, "Age is just a number."
